Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of March 9, 1992.
2. PRELIMINARY PLAT - HAMMOND PLAZA: Submitted
by Mel Milholland. Property is located on the
south side of Appleby Rd., west of College Ave.
Property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial
and contains 5.14 acres with 8 lots.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - NORTHWEST ACRES ESTATES:
Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of James
Moore. Property is located north of Wedington
Dr., off Carlesbad Trace. Property contains
4.20 acres with 16 lots.
4. FINAL PLAT - SEQUOYAH MEADOWS PHASE I: Submit-
ted by Harry Gray on behalf of C. W. Combs.
Property is located south of Huntsville Rd.,
