Monday, March 9, 1992 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of February 24, 1992.
2 LOT SPLITS #1 & #2: Submitted by Harry Gray on
behalf of George Neihouse of Superior Federal
Bank. Property located on the north side of
Ridgely Dr., west of Crossover Rd. Property is
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential.
3 REZONING R92-5: Submitted by Lamar Pettus for
Citizens Bank of NW Arkansas. Property located
on the north side of Millsap, east of College.
THIS REZONING REQUEST WAS SENT BACK TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
Request is to rezone from C-1, Central Business
Commercial to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
4 REZONING R92-11: Submitted by Daryl Rantis on
behalf of the property owner, Denzel Lee Vaughn.
Property is located on the northeast corner of
Rock St. and School Ave.
Request is to rezone from R -O, Residential -
Office to C-3, Central Business Commercial.
5 REZONING R92-12: Submitted by Dick Keating on

represented by George Faucette. Property is
