2 REZONING R92-7: Submitted by Tim Owen.

Request is to rezone 5.97 acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
3 LOT SPLIT #2 & #3: Submitted by Tim Owen for
property located on the south side of Zion Rd.,
east of Crossover Rd. Property is zoned R-1,
Low Density Residential (Proposed R92-7).
4 REZONING R92-8: Submitted by Harry Gray on
behalf of North Hills Medical Group. Property
is located on the west side of NorthHills Blvd.,
