1. Approval of mintutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of January 27, 1992.
2 REZONING R92-5: Submitted by Lamar Pettus for
Citizens Bank of NW Arkansas. Property located
at the northeast corner of Millsap & College.
Request is to rezone from C-1, Neighborhood
Commercial to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
3 REZONING R92-6: Submitted by Harry Gray on
behalf of Bob Hatfield. Property is located at
the southeast corner of Wedington Dr. & Double
Springs Rd. and contains 20.29 Acres.
