to go over all the items that were scheduled for the Planning
Commision meeting of January 13, 1992. If you need another copy of

1. Hearing of all items scheduled for the Planning Commission
meeting of January 13, 1992.
2. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - ALDI GROCERY STORE: Submitted
by Martin Florie, Director of Real Estate for Aldi Inc.
Property located on the southwest corner of Appleby and N.
College Ave. Property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commer-
cial and contains 2.49 acres.
3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - FAYETTEVILLE CHURCH OF CHRIST:
Submitted by James Key. Property located on the east side
of Deane Solomon Rd., south of Moore Ln. Property is zoned
R-2, Medium Density Residential and C-2, Thoroughfare Com-
mercial and contains 1.5 acres.
