Commission Meeting of November 25, 1991.
2 PRELIMINARY PLAT - RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION:
Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Jim
Phillips and Rick Roblee. Property is located
on the east side of Old Missouri Rd., south of
Zion. Property is zoned A-1, Agricultural
(proposed R-1, R91-23) and contains 25.61
acres with 16 lots.
3. REZONING R91-23: Submitted by Jim Phillips and
Rick Roblee. Property is located on the east
side of Old Missouri Rd., south of Zion and
contains 25.61 acres.
Request is to rezone A-1, Agricultural to R-1,
