Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of November 12, 1991.
2. Adoption of Amended Planning Commission Bylaws
3 FINAL PLAT - WOODVIEW ESTATES: Submitted by
Mel Milholland on behalf of Larry Haines.
Property located west of Sassafras Hill Rd.,
north of Hwy 45. Property is outside the city
limits and contains 31.85 acres with 11 lots.
4 REQUEST FOR REHEARING: R91-25 - Submitted by
Pete Estes on behalf of Mike Hopkins. Property
is located on the southwest corner of Wedington
Dr. and Garland.
Request is to rezone R-1, Low Density Residen-
tial to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.
5. REZONING R91-25: Submitted by Pete Estes on
