1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of October 28, 1991.
2. PRELIMINARY PLAT - PINE HAVEN ADDITION:
Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf of Gordon
Wilkins. Property located east of Azalea
Terrace, south of Old Wire Rd. Property is
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and contains
1.25 acres with 4 lots.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - SEQUOYAH MEADOWS SUBDIVISION:

Property located south of Huntsville Rd., west
