2. REZONING R91-22: Submitted by John May for

southwest corner of Township and Old Wire Rd.
(2365 Old Wire Rd.).
Request is to rezone from R-1, Low Density
Residential to R -O, Residential -Office.
3. REZONING R91-23: Submitted by Jim Phillips and
Rick Roblee. Property located on the east side
of Old Missouri Rd., south of Zion and contains
25.61 Acres.
Request is to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to
R-1, Low Density Residential.
