Monday, September 23, 1991 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of September 9, 1991.
2. REZONING R91-20: Submitted by Mike Parker and
represented by Harry Gray. Property is located
southwest of Appleby Rd., north of Bishop Dr.
and contains 6.29 acres.
Request is to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to
R-2, Medium Density Residential.
3. ANNEXATION: Submitted by Alan Gauldin and
Lamar Pettus of Pettus Law Firm on behalf of
C. W. Combs. Property located south of
Huntsville Rd., west of Ed Edwards Rd. and
contains 47.22 acres.
4 REZONING R91-21: Submitted by Alan Gauldin and
Lamar Pettus of Pettus Law Firm on behalf of
C. W. Combs. Property located south of
Huntsville Rd., west of Ed Edwards Rd. and
contains 47.22 acres. Property (if annexed) is
zoned A-1, Agricultural.
