1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of July 9, 1991.
2. CONDITIONAL USE CU91-14: Submitted by Charlie
Sloan and represented by Harry Gray. Property
located on the west side of Hillcrest Ave.,
north of Abshier Dr. Property is zoned R-1,
Low Density Residential.
3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - THE SPORTS PARK:
Submitted by Rick Collins. Property located
on the south side of Wedington Dr., west of
Betty Jo Dr. and is zoned A-1, Agricultural.
4. LOT SPLIT #1 (2): Submitted by Bert Rakes,
City of Fayetteville Land Agent on behalf of
Robert Lewis and Nancy Witt Lewis. Property
is located north of Dickson St., east of West
