Attached you will find one copy of the agenda for our July 9, 1991
meeting. In Addition to your regular agenda, we are enclosing The
Fayetteville Vision Steering Committee's ten core goals and
recommended action items. The Steering Committee will present
their recommendations at the special joint meeting with the City
Board that will follow your regular business meeting at 4:30.

mitted by Tom Hopper on behalf of Wayne Bryant.
Property is located on the west side of
Crossover Rd., south of Joyce. Property is
zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential and
contains 18.7 acres with 32 lots.
3. LOT SPLIT': Submitted by Jim Lindsey for
property located on the west side of Crossover
Rd., south of Zion. Property is zoned R -O,
Residential -Office.
