BUSINESS: 1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission Meeting of June 10, 1991. 2. REZONING R91-11: Submitted by Bob Waldren on behalf of SWEPCO. Property located on the east side of University Ave., west side of Gregg Ave. and south of Dickson St. and contains 3.64 acres. Request to rezone from R-3, High Density Residential to I-1, Light Industrial - Heavy Commercial. 3. REZONING R91-13: Submitted by Jim Lindsey for Col. Keith Taylor. Property located west of Shiloh Dr. and south of 15th St. and contains 2.10 acres. Request is to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial. 4.
