1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of May 28, 1991.
2 REZONING R91-11: Submitted by Bob Waldren on
behalf of SWEPCO. Property located on the
east side of University Ave., west side of
Gregg Ave. and south of Dickson St. and
contains 3.64 acres.
Request to rezone from R-3, High Density
Residential to I-1, Light Industrial - Heavy
Commercial.
3 REZONING R91-14: Submitted by Mark Martin.
Property located at 2143 Green Acres Rd. (Lot 1,
Green Acres Sub.) and contains 1.68 acres.
Request to rezone from R -O, Residential -Office
to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
4 REZONING R91-15: Submitted by Mark Marquess
for BMP Development. Property located east of
Salem Rd. and north of Wedington Dr. and
contains 34 acres.
Request is to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to
R-1.5, Moderate Density Residential.
