2. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission Meeting of January 14, 1991.
3. REZONING R91-2: Submitted by Neal Crawford and Tina
Cazort. Property located on the northwest corner of
Gregg Ave. and Taylor St. (662 Taylor St.).
• Request to rezone from R-3, High Density Residen-
tial to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.

4. REZONING R91-3: Submitted by Wayne and Charlotte
King and represented by Dave Griffee. Property
located at 1743 Old Farmington Rd.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to R -O,
Residential -Office.
5. CONDITIONAL USE CU91-3 - SWITCHING STATION: Submit-
