Monday, December 10, 1990 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration Building,
Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of November 26, 1990.
2. PRELIMINARY PLAT - DOUBLETREE ESTATES: Submitted by John E.
Mahaffey on behalf of Leslie Howell. Property located on Mt.
Comfort Rd., outside Fayetteville City Limits and contains
23.09 acres.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - ZION PLACE: Submitted by Mel Milholland
on behalf of John Largent. Property located on County Rd. 87,
outside Fayetteville City Limits and contains 80 acres with
16 lots.
4. FINAL PLAT - DOUBLESPRINGS ESTATES: Submitted by Mel
Milholland on behalf of Steve Combs. Property located on
the west side of Double Springs Rd., south of Wedington Dr.
Property is located outside Fayetteville City Limits and
contains 10 acres with 4 lots.
