1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of November 13, 1990.
2. PRELIMINARY PLAT - BROOKHOLLOW PHASE III: Submitted by Dave
Jorgensen on behalf of Jerry Sweetser. Property located off
Frazier Terrace, west of Old Missouri Rd. Property is zoned
R-2, Medium Density Residential and contains 5.81 acres with
19 lots.
3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - PAT PINNELL INC.: Submitted by
Neal Albright on behalf of Pat Pinnell. Property located at
1030 Beechwood Ave. Property zoned I-1, Light Industrial -
Heavy Commercial containing 2.47 acres.
