Monday, October 22, 1990 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration Building,
Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of October 8, 1990.
2. REZONING R90-29: Submitted by Tommy Glenn and represented
by Jim Lindsey. Property located at 1733 Crossover Rd.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - NORTH POINT: Submitted by Doug Hemingway
on behalf of Jim Lindsey and Gary Carnahan. Property located
on the north side of Hall Ave., east of Hwy 71 By-pass.
Property zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial containing 5.82
acres with 8 lots.
4. PRELIMINARY PLAT - AARON SUBDIVISION: Submitted by Dub
Dunaway on behalf of Don & Sharon Shackleford and represented
by Dave Jorgenson. Property located on the northwest corner
of Huntsville Rd. and Cherry Ln. Property zoned R-1, Low
Density Residential containing 1.34 acres with 5 lots.
5. CONDITIONAL USE cU90-23: Submitted by Frank Terry for
