1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of August 27, 1990.
2. REREARING OF REZONING R90-19: Submitted by Stephen Davis and
represented by Steve Gunderson. Property located on the
north side of Sycamore, west of College Ave. (34 E. Sycamore)
containing 1 acre.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-0,
Residential -Office.
3. REZONING R90-22: Submitted by Kirk Elsass and Curtis Wray
for Madeline Tribble. Property located on the north side of
6th St., west of Lewis Ave. (1716 W. 6th).
Request to rezone from R-2, Medium Density Residential to
C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial and R-0, Residential -Office.
