Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meetings of June 25, 1990 and July 9, 1990.
2. REZONING R90-18: Submitted by Mary Ann Keeton. Property
located on the southeast corner of Millsap Rd. and Hemlock
Ave. (1101 Millsap) containing 1 acre.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial.
3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - COLT SQUARE, PHASE II: Submitted
by Albert Skiles on behalf of Bill and Dick Keating.
Property located on the west side of Green Acres Rd., north
of Colt Square Dr. (Lots 1 & 2, Block 2 of Colt Square).
Property zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
4. PRELIMINARY PLAT - WATERMAN WOODS SUBDIVISION: Submitted
