located on the north side of Wedington, east of Rupple Rd.
containing 5.05 acres.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to C-2, Thorough-
fare Commercial.
2. REZONING R90-16: Submitted by George Leonard McCandless
and represented by Steven Gunderson. Property located on
the north side of Sycamore, west of College Ave.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to C-2,
Thoroughfare Commercial.
3. REZONING R90-17: Submitted by Washington County Farm
