BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of June 11, 1990.
2. REZONING R90-10: Submitted by Don Ruble and represented
by David Horne. Property located on the northwest corner
of Shady Ave. and Pear St. (Lots 1, 2, 3, 9 & part of lot
8, Block 1 of the revised plat of block 5 of Parkers Plat
of Valley View Add.)
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to C-2,
Thoroughfare Commercial.
3. REZONING R90-15: Submitted by Mark Martin. Property
located at 2143 Green Acres Rd. (Lot 1, Green Acres Sub.)
containing 1.68 acres.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to
R-0, Residential -Office.
4. PRELIMINARY PLAT - JASON P. KENNEDY ESTATES: Submitted by
Harry Gray on behalf of Bill Kennedy. Property located on
the north side of Township, east of Old Wire Rd. Property
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential containing 1.9 acres
with 7 lots.
