1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of May 29, 1990.
2. REHEARING OF REZONING R89-35: Submitted by Caroline
Parsons. Property located on the southwest corner of
Wedington and Garland containing 5.32 acres.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to
C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.
3. REZONING R90-13: Submitted by Gary McLearan. Property
located at 305 E. Huntsville Rd. (Lot 2, J.O. Mayes Add.).
Request to rezone from R-2, Medium Density Residential to
C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
4. FINAL PLAT - SEXTON POINT: Submitted by Doug
Hemmingway. Property located on the east side of
Crossover Rd., south of Joyce St. Property zoned R-0,
Residential -Office containing 1.55 acres with 2 lots.
5. FINAL PLAT - MT COMFORT MEADOWS: Submitted by Harry
