1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of May 14, 1990.
2. REZONING R90-11: Submitted by Linda Eaton. Property
located on the northwest corner of Cleburn & College Ave.
(Lots 10,11,12 & 13 in block 13 of City Park Addition).
Request to rezone from R-0, Residential -Office to C-2,
Thoroughfare Commercial.
3. REZONING R90-12: Submitted by William Sherwood. Property
located on the south side of Wedington Dr., west of 46th
St., containing 1.29 acres.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to C-2, Thorough-
fare Commercial.
