FAYETTEVILLE •HE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS MEMORANDUM To: City Planning Commission From: City Planning Division Date: May 7, 1990 Subject: Microphones in Board Room City Hall's Building Maintenance Department and our office have both recently received several complaints from citizens who say they can not hear what the Commissioners are saying at the Planning Commission meetings. Harold Dahlinger, Building Maintenance Supervisor, has suggested that the Planning Commission members move closer to the microphones when they speak He noted that, when speaking, your mouth needs to be no more than 6" from the microphone.
