1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of April 23, 1990.
2. REHEARING OF REZONING R89-35: Submitted by Caroline
Parsons. Property located on the southwest corner of
Wedington and Garland containing 5.32 acres.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to
C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.
3. REZONING R90-10: Submitted by Don.:Ruble.. Property
located on the northwest corner of Pear St. and Shady Ave.
(Lots 1,2,3,9 & part of lot 8, block 1 of the revised plat
of block 5 of Parkers Plat of Valley View Add.).
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to

Subject: Microphones in Board Room
City Hall's Building Maintenance Department and our office have both recently
received several complaints from citizens who say they can not hear what the
Commissioners are saying at the Planning Commission meetings.
Harold Dahlinger, Building Maintenance Supervisor, has suggested that the
Planning Commission members move closer to the microphones when they speak He
noted that, when speaking, your mouth needs to be no more than 6" from the
microphone. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you.
