Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of April 9, 1990.
2. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - Good Shepherd Lutheran Church:
Property located on the southwest corner of Rolling Hills
Dr. and Old Missouri Rd. containing 3.80 acres. Property
is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential.
3. CONDITIONAL USE - WALLPAPER STORE: Submitted by Linda
Eaton for property located on the northwest corner of
College Ave. and Cleburn (901 N. College).. Property zoned
R-0, Residential -Office.
4. CONDITIONAL USE - AIR PARK: Submitted by Dr. Floyd Harris
for property located on the southeast corner of Rupple Rd.
and Mt. Comfort Rd. Property zoned R-1, Low Density
Residential.
5. PRELIMINARY PLAT - MT. COMFORT AIR PARK: Submitted by Dr.
Floyd Harris and represented by James Vizzier. Property
located on the southeast corner of Rupple Rd. and Mt.
Comfort Rd. Property zoned R-1, Low Density Residential
containing 70 acres with 27 lots.
