1. Approval of the minutes of the special
Planning Commission Meeting of March 7, 1990
and the regular Planning Commission Meeting of
March 12, 1990.
2 CONDITIONAL USE - CHILD CARE: Submitted by
Mildred Coker for property located at 729 Betty
Jo Dr. (Lot 13 of Block 1, Maple Terrace).
Property is zoned R-2, Medium Density
Residential.
3 PRELIMINARY PLAT - CAMBRAY SUBDIVISION:
Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Jerry
Sweetser. Property is located west of Old
Missouri, off of Frazier Terrace. Property
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential containing
5.81 acres with 15 lots.
4 REZONING R90-9: Submitted by Fayetteville City
Hospital and represented by Steve Dyer, Hospi-
tal Administrator. Property located south of
Mountain St., north of Rock St., west of School
Ave. and east of West Ave. (part of Block 34
