Directors Room, second floor, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
Meeting of February 12, 1990.
2. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - CTA INDUSTRIAL PROJECT
(MANUFACTURING): Submitted by Chester Dean. Property
located on the west side of Dean Solomon Rd., north of
Mt. Comfort Rd. Property is zoned R-1,, Low Density
Residential.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - SKYLINE ESTATES: Submitted by Dee
and Dallas Wright and represented by Dave Jorgensen of
Jorgensen & Associates. Property located on Country
Club Mountain, east of Country Club Dr. & south of
E. 28th Cr. Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Resi-
dential containing 8.03 acres with 15 lots.
4. LOT SPLIT ill: Submitted by Charles Heathco for
property located on the south side of Sycamore, west
of Porter Rd. (2525 W. Sycamore). Property is zoned
R-1, Low Density Residential.
