I am working on a schedule and some recommendations relative to the review and
adoption process for both the proposed Year 2010 General Plan and the proposed
Unified Development Ordinance. I am incorporating into my work several recommendations
an the subject of new zoning mapping for the City.
I hope each of you has a pleasant Thanksgiving holiday and I will look forward to
seeing you at our meeting next week.

Commission meeting of November 13, 1989.
2. REZONING R89-31: Submitted by Steve Cummings. Property
located at 209 Crossover Rd and containing 45.3 acres.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to
R-2, Medium Density Residential.
3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - STUDIO ONE PROJECT (Apts.):
Submitted by Don Dees on behalf of Steve Cummings and
Joe Fred Starr. Property located West of N. Gregg Ave,
across from Lawson Street. Property zoned R-2, Medium
Density Residential.
4. REZONING R89-32: Submitted by Bob Davis. Property
located North of Hwy 16, East & West of Salem Rd.
Request to rezone from R-2, Medium Density Residential
to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
