1. Approval of the Minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of October 9, 1989.
2. REZONING R89-31: Submitted by Steve Cummings. Property
located at 209 Crossover Rd., containing 45.3 acres.
Request to rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to
R-2, Medium Density Residential.
3. FINAL PLAT - GADDY ACRES SUBDIVISION: Submitted by Jim
Lindsey for Bob Gaddy. Property located East of Crossover
and North of Lover's Lane. Property is zoned R-1, Low
Density Residential, 40.32 acres with 21 lots.
4. IAT SPLIT #1: Submitted by Tom & Connie Dorre for
property located at the NE corner of S. College and 29th
St. Property zoned R-1, Low Density Residential
containing .68 acres.
5. REZONING R89-30: Submitted by James Meinecke. Property
located at 2890 Hwy 265, containing 1 acre.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to R-0,
Residential -Office.
