1. Approval of the Minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of September 25, 1989.
2. REZONING R89-27: Submitted by Michael Heath and James
Mitchell. Property located at 132 E. 15th St. & 1418
S. College (Lots 4,5,6 & 7 of Block 8 in the Berl Dodd
Addition).
• Request to rezone from R-2, Medium Density<Residential
to R-0, Residential -Office.

3. REZONING R89-28: Submitted by Preston Ferguson.
Property located North of Ferguson and West of Crossover
containing 18 acres.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to R-1,
Low Density Residential.
4. REZONING R89-29: Submitted by Faith Investments.
Property located at 6445 Wedington Dr. containing .75
acres.
Request to rezone from A-1, Agricultural to C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial.
5. PRELIMINARY PLAT - PARADISE VIEW ESTATES: Submitted by
