We do regret that this packet is being delivered to you ane day later than normal. Unfortunately we recently received the resignation of our Planning Clerk. Becky Schmidt. Becky's resignation coupled with the fact that the City Planning Division has no director has created a crisis situation for us. As it now stands, Elaine Cattaneo is the lone staff member in the Division. We will have to ask the Commission to please try to bear with us during this difficult period.
