SUBJECT: Agenda Packet for August 14, 1989 Meeting
DATE: August 8, 1989
Attached you will find an agenda packet for our August 14, 1989 meeting. Due
to our work on the Fayetteville 1990 City budget and due to my impending
vacation, we are unable to provide an analysis for each of the three rezonings
on the agenda.
However, we are recommending approval of all three rezonings. We would like to
note that under our proposed new regulations (i.e., hillside development and land
grading, etc.) our recommendation on the Lawrence Starr would have been negative
if and when such regulations are ultimately adopted.
I will be on vacation and will miss our August 14th meeting. Don Bunn will
attend this meeting and answer questions on each of the three rezonings.
