1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission
meeting of June 26, 1989.
2. FINAL PLAT - HEATHER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION: Submitted by Sam
Mathias & Dennis Smith and represented by Mel Milholland.
Property located on the North side of Hwy. 45 E. in
Washington County. Property contains 6 large lots and 20.60
acres
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - MISSION ESTATES: Submitted by Jim
Lindsey and represented by Doug Hemingway. Property located
N. of. Hwy. 45 E. and adjacent to the City Limits. Property
Proposed zone is R-1, Low Density Residential, containing 31
acres with 60 lots.
4. FINAL PLAT - HEMINGWAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1:
Submitted by Rock Reed and represented by Dave Jorgensen.
Property located on the North side of Stubblefield Rd. West
of Old Missouri Rd. Property zoned R-1, Low Density
