A-1, Agricultural.

Re: Rezoning request by Paul J. and Darla A. Davis for property located
at the Northwest corner of Lake Road and Powell Street, from A-1
to R-1.
An application has been made in this office to change the zoning of
property adjacent to yours. A copy of the request is enclosed, along
with a description of the property.
A Public Hearing will be held by the Springdale Planning Commission
to hear any comments you would like to make concerning the proposed
zoning change. The meeting is open to the general public and any
interested persons. The hearing will be held at the City Administra-
tion Building in the Council Chambers.

6:00 P.M.
The Planning Commission will hear comments from you, pro or con the
request before voting on the zoning change. Before the zoning can
be changed, it must be approved by the Planning Commission end the
City Council. If the Planning Commission does not approve the change,
the applicant can still take his request to the City Council for final
action. In either case, the City Council makes the final decision.
I hope you will attend the public hearing and participate in this
important decision-making process.

of title, the details of which are as follows:
