and Allan Gilberot. (J. A. Vizzier, planning consultant,
also present.)
Members absent: Bill Dalton, Bryan Walker, Wade Fincher and Ernest Jacks.
The minutes of June 1, 1965, and June 22, 1965, were approvedai written and
mailed to the Planning Commission members.
The Chairman recommended that the P�annl Commission continue with the standing
committees for the year 1965. The following committees are to begin study of the
problem stated below*

There was discussion of similar problems which had upon different occasions been
called to the attention of the Planning Consultant. Mr. J. A. Vissier related
to the Planning Commission members projects volunteered by citizen of Fayetteville.
Two of these projects cited were the widening of Aettleship Street to the west
and the extension of Maple Street west of Sang Avenue to the proposed by-pass west
of the city. x .

J. A. Vizzler presented to the Planning Commission the building site plan of

Hugh Kincaid, City Attorney, appeared before the Planningmiu ., to request

Greer. Mr. Kincaid explained he problem involved in the preparation
of a
Contract for the improvements needed. It was the unanimous opinion of the
