PRESENT: J. F. Palmer, Suzanne LightoI Ernest Jacks, Man Gilbert and Wade
Finchero (J. A. Vissier was also present.)
The minutes of May Is, 1965, were approved an written and m6iled to the Plannj
C=Ission re.
Jo A. VI�sier submitted copies of a report on "Suggested Committee Work for the
Planning Comission.P He quickly i!ent over the report with the'mambers. Jo Fo
Palmer requested more time and suggested a meeting with the plarmin consultant
before he appointed the committeeso q
The Subdivision Committee arae abked to give its report.
Cecil Ramey' a lot division problem of property .
RameyDrive was presented. Susanne Lighton moved that the Planning Commission
require Mr. Cecil .formal plat with the following
description1. Legal and dimensions
Location2. Name and address of owner
3. Acreage in tract
4o Date, north arrow and scale
5. and description of all monunents

be referred back to the engineer (J. Be McClelland) and the subdivider.(Richard
Buckner-BradenWalden) for correction an the items listed below and for the redesigning and
relocating of the streets because the street grades exceed 15 per cent maximmi.
