The preliminary subdivision plat of SHIPLOY ADDITION filed by W. G. Shipley
and presented to the Planning Office May 14, 1965s was discussed. This
preliminary rcluded property owned by only Shipley*
Walter Niblock, attorney for Mrs. L. S. Roberts, was present to make know his
clientb objection to being left out of tha subdivision plat of Shipley Addition.
Mrs. Roberts had purchased property from the Shipleye when it was outside the
city limits. Later after the property was annexed to the city additional property
was purchased with the understanding that W. G. Shipley would subdivide the
property. This was evident by the reference to lots in the proposed Shipley
Addition as stated in the abstract.
Betty Siegel also made known her objection to the exclusion of her property from
the Shipley Addition. Me and her husband had purchased two proposed lots (Ioot 5
and 6) and were prepared to purchase lot'7 and lot 8 as shown in the preliminary
subdivision plat su13mitted July 1963 and later resubmitted February 1965,
