The meeting was called to order by Vice�c hairman Susanne Lighton, who presided
in the absence of Chairman J. F. Palmer. The Vice-chairman reported that the
purpose of this special meeting was to hold a public hearing on the petition of
J. E. Smith for the rezoning of property east of the St. Louie - San Francisco
Railroad, west of HiU Avenue and north of Campbell Soup Company
The Vice�chaJrman asked that those In favor of the petition for rezoning to be

In regard to the development of property on Brower Avenue in Meadowvale
Addition to the City of Fayetteville, the Planning Commission suggested that
the attorneys and the property owners work out the problem. Until a petition
