temporaryseconded by Suzanne C. Lighton, the Plannin Commission voted unanimously to
approve the preliminary plat of SEQUOYAH HEIGHTS ADDITION subject to the conditions
states as follows: (1) Dedication of a 50�foot street right of.way; (2) Additional
easement on the north side of lots 1 and 4 as requested by utility companies;

be-dedieated to the south property line,e (5) Signatures of the adjacent property
owners to be obtained so that the Plannin Ccumission will have evidence that these
persons have seen the preliminary plat; and (6) Elevation spot checks on street
profile be sufficient replacement of topography
