The City Building Inspector introduced the idea of rezoning the lot in question to R -P Professional Office and Residential Dis- trict. Harold Lieberenz, City Building Inspector, pointed out that such a sone would solve several problems which had arisen as a result of the error made at the time the ordinance and zoning map were adopted by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, about two years ago. After more discussion, Chairman J. F. However, it was suggested that Mr. Harry Jackson file a plat and upon said plat be a note of approval dated and signed by the secretary of.the Planning Commission.
