MINUTES OF FAYETTEV n.T.F CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Mr. Yoe called the public hearing to order at 4:00 p.m., August 16, 1961, to
consider changes in the Subdivision Regulations.
Planning Commission members present: Mr. Yoe, Miss Lighton, Mr. Caudle, Mr. Palmer,
Mr. McClinton and Mrs. Siegel.
Others present at the meeting: Mr. Bryan Walker, Mr. Raymond Nelson, Mr. Arnold
Christie, Mr. Harold E. Lieberenz, Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Kruh, Mrs. Whitcomb and
Mrs. G. T. Johnson.
Mr. Christie read the new City Council Minimum Street Requirements and the members
of the Planning Commission made suggestions for changes. The secretary has a copy
of the suggested changes.
Mr. Palmer moved that we approve the cityts minimulq street standards. Mr. McClinton
seconded and the motion carried.
The revisions to the Subdivision Regulations were read. Suggested changes were
made. The secretary has a copy of the changes.
Miss Lighton moved that we recommend to the City Council the amendments to the
Subdivision Regulations. Mr. McClinton seconded the motion. The motion carried.
