MINUTES OF FAYETTEVIIS.E CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

A special meeting of the Fayetteville Planning Commission was held at 7:00 p.m, on
August 1, 1961, with the following members present: Mr. Yoe, Miss Lighton, Mr. Palmer
and Mr. Stubblefield.
Others present at the meeting: Mayor Brown, Mr. Raymond Nelson and Mr. H. E.
The meeting was
called to order by
Chairman Clay Yoe. The
minutes of the
last meeting I
were approved as
written and mailed
to the members prior to
the meeting.
There was not a quorum present; however the members that did attend the meeting
discussed several items:
1. Dr. Amis' lot split problem, which was delaying his building.
2. Mr. Tate presented his preliminary plat to the Planning Commission for their
suggested solutions to a few problems.
3. The Major Street Plan was the topic the remainder of the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned.
