June 17, 1959
The Fayetteville City Planning Commission met at
10:00 a.m., June 17, 1959, in a meeting adjourned from
June 16, 1959•
Members present were George Caudle, Vice 'resident,
T7. B. Putman, Hugh Stubblefield, Jim Phelps, and Suzanne E,
Lighton.
The petition of Roy Guinn and Vera Guinn, his wife,
for the rezoning from zone "C" to zone "G" of part of
O the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section
21, Township 16 North, Range 30 West was presentod. e
There also vas exhibited a written statement by adjoining
property owners that they did not object to the rezoning.
On motion of Miss Lighton, seconded by Mr. Putman,
it vas unanimously voted -to recommend to the City Council
that the petition be approved.
