A total of six acres (two acres from Phase 1) will adequately serve both Phase I and Phase 11 residents. Similar provisions were made for Phase I as the developer provided a play structure for its residents. PRAB Motion: 5. Park Land Dedication/Center Prairie Trail Development Name: Future Development by Tom Bordeaux Engineer: Laura Kelly, Rob Sharp Architects Owner: Town Creek Properties, Tom Bordeaux Location: 545 W. Center Park District: SW Units: 3 Multi -Family Units. Total Acres: Land Dedication Requirement: Money in Lieu Requirement: Existing Parks: Staff Recommendation: Developer Request: Justification: 0.05 acres $1,179 Frisco Park, Square Gardens Park Land Dedication Park Land Dedication Developer wishes to dedicate 0 05 acres for the future development of the Auto Body Shop at 545 W. Center Street. An additional 0.11 acres will be donated to provide the land necessary to complete Center Prairie Trail. 6. Community Park Review PRAB will discuss the three possible sites to locate a community park. See attached location map and site summaries. 7.
