Park Land Dedication • Development Name: Engineer: Owner: Location: Park District: Units: Total Acres: Land Dedication Requirement: Money in Lieu Requirement: Existing Parks: Staff Recommendation: Justification: 1) Park staff recommends a money -in -lieu of land contribution for this development. Park staff has visited with Mr. Boettcher, Public Works Director, over the possible utilization of city -owned land located near the development for use as a neighborhood park. Mr. Boettcher and Park staff believe that the, yet to be developed, facility plan for the city -owned property will allow for creation of a new neighborhood park. In addition, the citizens of this development will benefit from their proximity to the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club which will be located approximately V2 mile to the east.
