Election of Officers: Nominating Committee 2. Approval of December 3, 2001 PRAB meeting minutes 3. Botanical Garden Society of the Ozarks Board Member Appointment: In accordance with the Land Lease Agreement, at least one member of the Society's Board of Directors must be a current member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Therefore, the actual park land fee will be determined on the date of Final Planning Commission approval, unless it is approved at the Final Subdivision Committee level. The developer is interested in donating more land than required by ordinance.
