Botanical Garden Society of the Ozarks Board Member Appointment: In accordance with the Land Lease Agreement, at least one member of the Society's Board of Directors must be a current member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Therefore, the actual park land fee will be determined on the date of Final Planning Commission approval, unless it is approved at the Final Subdivision Committee level. Existing Parks: Gregory Park (19.382 acres) Staff Recommendation: Money in lieu of land Developer's Recommendation: Money in lieu of land Justification: PUD regulations will require preservation of 35% of the green space within the development.
