PARKS 8 RECREATION
A Special Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meeting will be held on
Wednesday, September 20, 2000 at noon in the Parks Office
The developer Butch Robertson, Robertson and Wischmeyer Architects, and
members of the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors will be in
attendance to make a presentation. Attached is a copy of a letter from Tom
Stockland and a map of the facility. Please note Tract A is for the location of
the new Boys and Girls Club, Tract B is for the land to be banked, and in the
southwest corner is the current park land areas.
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will vote if they agree to bank on
future development in the southwest park quadrant an additional 6 acres of
land as part of the Park Land Dedication Ordinance.
