They will be on the agenda for the Monday, December 6, 1999 PRAB meeting. We will meet at 12 noon on Betty Jo Drive. DIRECTIONS: Go west on Wedington Drive (Highway 16 West) and turn left or south on Betty Jo Drive, which is located between the Spot Not Car Wash and Betty Jo Korner service station. We will meet at the end of the road. The second new subdivision is located off Appleby Road. It only contains 17 new homes, so we will determine after reviewing the plat if PRAB wishes to visit the site or not. Both developers have requested money in lieu. Development: Engineer: Owner\Developer: No name. (Shiloh Drive) Sand Creek Summit Development Location: South of Highway 16 on Shiloh Drive to the west) Park District: Southwest Units: 108 Multi -Units Total Acres: 9.28 acres Land Dedication Requirement: 2 acres Money In Lieu: $40,500 Existing Parks: Ozark View (3 acres); Davis (9); Wildwood Park (14); Friendship (.4) Staff Recommendation: Money in Lieu. This will require a wavier to the Park Land Dedication Ordinance since it contains over 100 units. It is in close proximity of Ozark View Park, which was selected as the site for the future Youth Center. The development is not linked to the park and contains the creek which is in the flood way.
